The Brown Teddies and two nosy parkers are often to be found caching together, sometimes close to their homes, in NW England and the Midlands respectively, and sometime further afield. When caching together, we call ourselves Team Gallivant, after our families accused us of always gallivanting off to some place or another, with geocaching in mind. We are always happy to meet other cachers, share geo-talk, swap and discover trackables and get tips on good local caches.
This event is to celebrate the finding of 10 000 caches by the Brown Teddies. It will be held in the cabin at the southern end of Gleaston Watermill car park. There is disabled access to the cabin and there are toilets in the car park. There will be tea, coffee, squash and cake/biscuits – free, but coin donations welcome. (The cafe at the Mill will not be open)
