When hiding the original cache here and asking permission I was told that some construction was going to be happening...that was two years ago. I knew they would stay away from the trees and Saanich gave me the green light for this area...so I might as well keep using it. The last cache here was fun but its host disintegrated ...no worries tho I am sure the container will show up somewhere 
In the mean time...enjoy the privacy while searching..tho if construction is going on on the other side of the fence you may need to use a little stealth..have fun...happy caching
