This is part of a 2025 cache series. The purpose of these caches is to know where your local community emergency hubs (local civil defence centre) are in the event of a disaster.
These hubs always remind our whanau to talk thru emergency plans, update first aid kids, emergency supplies, and reaffirm meeting points. Being prepared for us can make all the difference in an emergency. It's been a great discussion topic within the @marryallthepeople family!
This cache is on a post with a sign that points to the Civil Defence Centre (the hub) up the hill. This local hub is up the hill at a local school.
