A LITTLE DIVERSION ALONG THE EXTRATERRESTRIAL HIGHWAY! Make sure you park on the shoulder of the road or take the dirt road to near the cache. You don't even want to consider driving onto the area lake beds, even if they do look dry. I've pulled a lot of people out of wet lake beds who thought they could drive across them.
