NOTE Terrain is higher than usual events because attending requires a long (scenic) staircase descent from top of cliff to beach area. No, of course ya don't have to wade, swim, or scuba to this event -- but ya can swim at the beach afterward if you like 
The covered picnic facilities are reservable -- and not reserved for this event -- so it's possible that the picnic table closest to event coords will be occupied on the day, in which case look for the next available table further east of the staircase landing.
