There is a fresh market here that sells vegetables and eggs from their own farm. There is also a coffee truck and two other food trucks. (Unwashed fresh eggs can last around two weeks at room temperature, while if refrigerated, they can last for up to three months or more. This is because the natural protective coating on the eggshell is still intack when unwashed, allowing them to stay fresh longer without refrigeration.)
