Davedoo: Unbeknownst to me when I placed it this area is off limits by order of Orange PD. Too bad, it would make a nice extension to Grijalva Park with a little footbridge.

You can approach this cache either by getting close to it at a 90 degree angle from the bike path and then hopping the fence to navigate down to it OR you can stay on more level ground and go the way I did, through the large break in the fence to the SW of GZ.
This is a 3x3 lock n' lock which may require you to blindly stick your hand into a rock crevice.
