The cache is NOT at the above coordinates, but you must start your adventure here!

On March 20, 1847, the Mormon Battalion (a division of the U.S. Army of the West) marched by this spot en route from San Diego to Los Angeles during the Mexican-American War. Back then, there was no electricity to guide them northward. When the sun sets, you may start your adventure at the posted coordinates where you will find two historical markers.

Shine your lights around the immediate area until you find two white dots next to each other. These represents the cannons or the shooting of guns during the war. Walk past that and then you'll want to follow a series of single white dots. Keep going until you find much larger, orange dot. This represents the rising sun and the end of your adventure. There is where you will find the prize.

Stay on the paved path and if there is a fork in the road, shine your flashlight down each path. If all else fails, just keep walking straight ahead. You should be able to see the next dot from the previous dot.

BYOP and use stealth if needed. Please replace the cache exactly as found.
