Walk up a concrete path to an overlook then off the trail a few hundred feet to the geocache.  Swag is starting out with an elephant and a jumping pink mouse.
 
Take the exit for the View Area about a half mile before Exit 227.  You can reverse direction at Utah exit 227 and Colorado exit 2.
 
The difficulty of 2.5 reflects the need to have a way to play the wherigo.  It is a simple wherigo.
