Geocache Description:

W20-2 (L)/(R)

A chevron road sign is a V-shaped mark that warns drivers of an approaching curve or change in direction.

They are a curve indicator, a rectangular shaped sign with a black on yellow.

Chevrons are placed at the very start of the bend,

They are often placed on the outside of a curve.

  • Provide warning: Chevron signs warn drivers of an approaching curve or change in direction.
  • Guide drivers: Chevron signs help drivers negotiate curves safely and efficiently.
  • Reduce crashes: Chevron signs can reduce the number of crashes, especially at curves with sharp turns.
  • Help drivers maintain lane position: Chevron signs can help drivers maintain a stable lane position and reduce their speed.

Out exploring, found a place to pull over, with a number of chevron pointing the way, then spotted a view, and got excited by the cattle in the nearby paddock.

With no cache hidden here, could not resist, resitance is futile.
