One of an ongoing series of hides to capture the trials and tribulations of KMK's travel softball team. The kid LOVES to play ball. She has been playing for a town team since she was 8 but has now stepped up a level to playing for a travel organization. As a result, I am spending more weekends that I could have ever have imagined driving her to distant points. But the good news: it gives me the opportunity to finally start to place caches in more varied locations and give something back to the game (caching, that is, not softball!)
Each of the fields and parks in this series are locations where her team has played. I have tried to place them away from the areas where the athletes and their parents would be gathered to make things more discrete. In general there is on-site parking at all of these sites. Weekend mornings may be crowded with players and parents, but otherwise all should be accessible dawn to dusk subject to specific park hours.
(This was actually the first hide of the series but I had to go back and move due to mystery waypoints nearby. Police precient on the corner so dont be alarmed by the number of police cars in the lot)
