NOTE as 5/1/2025: Please be very gentle opening this container as you only need a small gap to retrieve the log. 

This puzzle was the first ever 3D puzzle made in 1884 and was called "Captain Kidd's Castle". It came with 30 pieces and a cannon to blow up the castle when it was finally erected. Sound like fun? However it was so unstable that it never stood upright long enough to load the cannon and fire upon the structure.
