Geocache Description:


I scream. You scream. We all scream for ice cream. Every year on March 1st, Dari-B opens up for the season and locals in Excelsior Springs line up and get to order their favorite treat rather it's a shake, a banana boat or a cone with one or two scoops of ice cream. In Excelsior Springs, we consider the opening day of Dari-B as the first day of spring. March 1st has been declared as Dari-B Day by Mayor Mark Spohn a couple years ago. Purchase is not required but I do encourage cachers to join me for a local treat and before we wait in line for ice cream, I'll be giving out a couple of prizes.
