Welcome to the tranquil Flemington Wetlands, a hidden gem tucked down the back of one of Lincoln's ever expanding subdivisions. Nestled on a small walking track that loops around the wetlands the short stroll will offer you views over farmland towards the majestic Port Hills. This is a serene spot so take your time and enjoy the surroundings. The walking track is well-maintained, making for an easy stroll suitable for all ages. Just be aware this is a popular track with local muggels!
The cache itself when hidden contained 1x FTF Signal geocoin, RITR Log strip, small pencil & sharpener. The cache is camouflaged to blend into its ROCKY surroundings to the side of the section of concrete path. Please rehide it carefully as you found it to ensure future cachers can enjoy the hunt!
Important Note: In times of heavy rain the swale can fill with water so care with small children is advised. You will not need to venture too far off the track for this to be of concern.
