It's been a minute since I've hidden another puzzle cache, so I made this one a little challenging. Sure a 3 difficulty is a big stretch, but I think the puzzle could be seen in many different ways.
Since the posted coordinates are at a pool here are some pools within the City of Atlanta, there are numerous outdoor swimming pools. Here are some outdoor pools:
