This letterbox will take you through the 67-acre Rutkowski Farm. This area was previously owned by the Maryland Transportation Authority, but a recent land swap added the Rutkowski Farm to Mount Vista Park.
Seven small, clear lock-n-lock containers will take you through the farm, ultimately leading you to an extra-large ammo can. The hints in each are a mix of letterbox-style clues and coordinates to take you to the next location. Please do not remove the slips of paper!
One stage requires a climb of a built-in ladder, and another stage requires a ladder or some creative method to get up porch-roof level. Please park at the posted parking coordinates, where there is a full parking lot, and follow trails over to begin your search.

Please note: there are lots of rusty nails, lots of broken glass, and lots of not-super-sturdy structures at this abandoned farm, which do present serious dangers. You will want some solid shoes and maybe a pair of gloves, and you will need to keep an eye out for dangers. Not recommended for kids. It's manageable, but pursue at your own risk!
