Father Junipero Serra 2.0 :}
We replaced the original Father Junipero Serra yesteray as it has become a little rough, wet etc. Upon arriving to the original cache we decided to completely replace it and moved it a tad for a better hide, more concealable hide. Oddly enough we have had geocaches disappear out in the middle of nowhere.
Anyways, we made a loop yesterday, going straight down the road and up through the cattle feeder coming back east then turning sounth and up along the east side of the lake, which is very seasonal and does dry up quickly. Our loop was awesome however there is very little trail for the first half, even the second half getting back to the Hog Lake, pretty rugged hiking.
Please be aware, once the heat comes this will be a very hot hike with little to no shade, so be sure to bring water.
Please do re-cammo as best possible, as mentioned we have had them disappear out here in the middle of nowhere.
New cache with good swag, please trade one per or one for one so the cache swag might stay plentiful :)
Unfortunately the re-publish was second thought so no ftf prize in cache, but is a great time to hike with beautiful scenery.
