Vine Baptist Church was built 1886 on the site of a small cottage where Emily Jackson first started to care for chldren with tuberculosis. The gothic style church building was extended in 1924 when the chapel keeper’s cottage and the Spurgeon Memorial Hall were built. In 2010 the building was remodelled with a new entrance, foyer, and meeting area. Of particular note are the large elaborate windows on either side of the main building.
To find the cache, please visit the main entrance of the church. To the right hand side is a rather worn stone, the fourth line is "Oct 5th 1886"
