Vinstrup er en samling af huse som ligger ca 8 km syd for Holbæk i Sønder Asmindrup sogn. Den ligger ikke langt fra den naturskønne sø Maglesø.
Vinstrup er et populært stednavn og der findes desuden også bebyggelser med navnet Vinstrup i Tystrup sogn ved Næstved, i Sankt Olai sogn i Hjørring og i Dalbyover sogn ved Randers.
