The Ballarat Monthly Lunch Event continues with the March 2025 event to be held as follows:
When: Friday 7 March 2025
Times: 12.40pm - 1.10pm
Where: Ballarat Turf Club, 240 Kennedys Road, Miners Rest
Parking is available in the members area, with the parking co-ords listed below. Also listed below are the co-ords for the entrance to car park area, when turning off Kennedys Road. This is the only entrance to the event location. Simply follow this road around to the parking co-ords...where there will be other cars parked. There is NO charge for car parking.
This is a midweek race meeting, so there is NO entry fee to attend the event/lunch.
After parking your car at the parking co-ords, we will then meet at the posted co-ords at 12.00pm. This is the grassed area in front of the main building. The event will last for 30 minutes, til 12.30pm, and attendees will then have the choice to depart, or join us in the members dining room for lunch. The dining area overlooks the track and has a good view over the area.
Dress for the day is neat casual. Mens shirt must be collared and shoes enclosed (no thongs).
The idea for the lunch is simply to get together with other cachers to meet up and discuss all things caching as well as any up coming events.
If you can join us at the club for lunch, please log your will attend by COB Wednesday 5 March 2025 so I can confirm numbers with the venue.
