This series is inspired by my eldest son's fanatical love for rainbows. Ever since he was little he would sort everything into a rainbow sequence. He just so happens to be our little rainbow baby too - I take alot of comfort when someone asks him "What is your favourite colour?"......his response is always "Rainbow....I just love every colour!".
A rainbow is an optical phenomenon - an arch of colours visible in the sky, caused by the refraction and dispersion of the sun's light by rain or other water droplets in the atmosphere. The colours of the rainbow are generally said to be red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet. "all the colours of the rainbow".
Come along on this series to find colourful containers. If you spot a rainbow on your caching trip be sure to take a snap and share it's beauty.
Red: Since red is the color of blood, it has historically been associated with sacrifice, danger, and courage. Modern surveys in Europe and the United States show red is also the color most commonly associated with heat, activity, passion, sexuality, anger, love, and joy.
The Cache is located near the Santry River so please take extra care.
