Ok, to actually find out how to find a geocache in a library, you'll just have to read the book!
Visit the first waypoint at published coordinates to get the info you need to find the geocache. The next step might involve some simple "internet research", which you can do with your phone or a computer in the library.
Pay attention at the first waypoint, especially to the membership number, at least the last 3 digits...
The final geocache is available during library opening hours: 9:30am to 5:30pm, or 8pm on Thursdays, 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
