This cache is not at the posted coordinates. This is a letterbox hybrid cache. It will take you to a location within the Placerville Library where the cache container is hidden (with permission from and help by Library management and staff). There is a stamp in the cache, it stays with the logbook as part of the cache, please do not remove it.
At the posted coordinates you will find information needed to locate the cache container within the library. Additionally, you can follow the directions below to get close to the cache location.
Stealth is required, there likely will be muggles about. If possible, avoid disrupting library staff as they have their job to attend too. They do know about the cache and helped hide it, but you should have all the necessary reference material needed to locate the cache before entering the library.
Other things to note. There is a combination lock for the final container. The information needed to get the combination is at the cache location. There is a puzzle to solve to decipher the combination to open the cache to access the logbook and stamp. Or... you can prepare with a TOTT, a TOTT that will illuminate the hidden message and reveal the code. Either way, you will have to work the puzzle to access the logbook and stamp.
This cache is only available during Library hours, so please be mindful of the time.

HOW TO FIND THE CACHE:
You can use the infomation discovered at the posted location to aid your search. That information is also located on the cache page if you just look for it.
Enter the Library. The front desk should be in front of you.
Turn right, go past the front desk. (Across from the front desk is a computer, you can use this to look up information needed as well), heading towards the stacks.
Go to the left towards the far back corner, the Non-Fiction section. This should bring you to the last row in the far back corner.
Look for the cookbook section of books.
If you simply follow the reference number it will bring you to the last row of books where you should see a sign "Cookbooks" with an arrow guiding you to the cookbook section. Use your reference infomation in the Cookbook section in the far back corner to locate the cache container.
Once you have the cache container, feel free to find a seat to decipher the code to unlock it in order to reveal the logbook, stamp, and other goodies. All information to find the code to unlock the container is printed on the container itself.
