When? Saturday, February 15, 2025 from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm (come in or leave anytime)
Where? Richland Public Library, Conference room B, 955 Northgate Drive, Richland, WA 99352
What? After being mentionned numerous times during past events, I am finally making this event happening. This event will serve a dual purpose:
- A Geocaching 101 class for any new cacher and/or member of the public curious about geocaching,
- A Geocaching Stats 201 class as a way to explore and ask questions to your fellow geocachers about the tools they use for "more advanced" caching. E.g., how can I check if I qualify for challenge caches? how can I find this very specific statistic I want to know about? how do I find which counties I have found caches in?
Weather allowing, plan to stay after the event for a short two-block (0.3 mi) walk or drive together. Details to be provided at the event.
Access
Parking: Client parking available, with accessible parking available.
Public Transit: Richland Public Library (Swift and Northgate), BFT line 26 (every 20 minutes). BFT lines 1, 20, 25, 26, 123, 225, 268) at Knight Street Transit Center (0.3 miles walk)

- I hope the first Spring Tour events will be published by this time. I will provide details during the event.
- Based on the Richland Public Library policy for meeting room use, I will be unable to handle membership or other paytments to WSGA during this event.
