Magnus is an avid boulderer living in Sydney. He loves climbing indoors at the bouldering gyms, however, he feels as this is not enough for him. He wants to take it outside. Living in Beacon Hill means he has access to a lot of outdoor climbing near him, however, he wants to start easy, so he heads to an area called Cromer Heights. He walks down a little trail and after a small bushbash and a cave he gets to the walls. After trying some of the popular routes, labelled as not being too hard, he cannot get up any of them. He feels defeated, however he does manage to get up one, on the high and dry wall. After completing the route he is ecstatic that he sent his first outdoor boulder. Although the easiest one there, he feels accomplished, despite all the previous faliures. After coming down, he notices that he missed a hold entirely. I guess you could say he found a beta break.
