BYOP Sisters Monument The sister city of Ephrata, Pennsylvania, established in 1976 as part of the bicentennial celebration, is Eberbach, Germany. This is significant because Eberbach is the birthplace of Conrad Beissel, the founder of the Ephrata Cloister.
