We love to hike! This is the fifth in a series of caches highlighting our favorite places to hike in the Olympia area. We like out of the way spots of natural beauty where we can spend our Sundays or summer afternoons. All in this series are trails which are easily accessible, not too long, and are easy for young people to do.
The fifth in this series is Millersylvania State Park, a beautiful spot for quiet walking and birding. This trail is dog-friendly but please observe the posted rules to protect wildlife. Please stay on the trail so as to minimize damage to plant and animal life. Cache is a small container, easily accessible from the trail itself.
Several loop trails explore the woods that make up the park. This cache is on a connecting trail between a main loop and another loop near ponds. Enjoy!
