This cache is the first of a series of thirty caches hidden through the middle of Kings Wood. It's a walk of about six miles and should take you about three hours. Being a letterbox hybrid it contains a stamp. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THIS FROM THE CACHE
The phone signal isn't good. You are advised to download all cache details before you leave home, and do your logging when you get back.
All are placed in accordance with the formal Landowner agreement between Geocaching and the Forestry Commission. As part of that agreement all caches has been placed either on the path, or not more than a step or two off of the paths. Please follow the paths from cache to cache and do not go marching through the trees

You can’t mistake where the paths go – most of them are at least a yard wide at the narrowest point
It can get a tad muddy in places…
NO CACHES ARE AT THE POSTED CO-ORDINATES. DO NOT GO THERE
Each cache is found by performing a simple projection
Each cache description tells you that projection
There are several websites which will do all the projections for you. You could get clever with map and compass, but I wouldn’t recommend it
Most of the caches are pots big enough for small geo-swag but there are some which are are bigger than the others
