A Assembleia de Compartes é o órgão máximo responsável pela gestão dos baldios, composto pelos membros da comunidade – Compartes – que têm direito ao seu uso. É neste espaço que são tomadas decisões sobre a administração e utilização dos terrenos comunitários, garantindo a sua sustentabilidade e o benefício coletivo.
Entre as suas principais funções estão:
- Eleger e fiscalizar os órgãos de gestão dos baldios (Conselho Diretivo, Comissão de Fiscalização e Mesa da Assembleia de Compartes);
- Aprovar regulamentos internos e planos de utilização dos baldios;
- Deliberar sobre questões financeiras, como orçamentos, créditos e comercialização de produtos e serviços;
- Decidir sobre eventuais alterações na gestão dos baldios, incluindo fusões ou delegação de poderes;
- Defender judicialmente os direitos da comunidade sobre os terrenos e outros assuntos conflituosos.
A Assembleia de Compartes reúne-se pelo menos duas vezes por ano e pode ser convocada extraordinariamente sempre que necessário. A sua convocatória é feita por editais afixados nos locais de estilo e por publicitação no jornal local, podendo complementar-se com comunicação eletrónica – email e redes sociais.

[EN] The aim of this cache is to promote the Baldios de Vilarinho.
The Assembly of Shareholders is the highest body responsible for managing the common land, made up of the members of the community - Compartes - who have the right to use it. It is here that decisions are made about the administration and use of community land, ensuring its sustainability and collective benefit.
Its main functions include:
- Electing and supervising the management bodies of the common lands (the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Commission and the Bureau of the Assembly of Shareholders);
- Approving internal regulations and plans for the use of the wasteland;
- Decide on financial matters such as budgets, credits and the commercialisation of products and services;
- Decide on any changes to the management of the baldios, including mergers or delegation of powers;
- Defend in court the community's rights over the land and other disputes.
The Assembly of shareholders meets at least twice a year and can be convened extraordinarily whenever necessary. It is convened by means of notices posted in the usual places and publicised in the local newspaper, which may be supplemented by electronic communication - email and social media.
