ITA: La Muraglia di Bari è una delle strutture difensive più iconiche della città, situata nel cuore della Bari Vecchia. Le prime fortificazioni risalgono all'epoca romana e furono successivamente rinforzate dai Bizantini e dai Normanni per difendersi da incursioni saracene e nemici provenienti dal mare. Anticamente la Muraglia era collegata strategicamente al Castello Normanno-Svevo.
Usate discrezione, specialmente d'estate quando la zona diventa molto trafficata. La cache deve essere cercata sulle mura visibili a livello del mare, non sul viale pedonale sopra la muraglia.

ENG: The Wall of Bari (La Muraglia) is one of the most iconic medieval defensive structures of the city, located in the heart of Bari Vecchia. The first fortifications date back to Roman times and were later reinforced by the Byzantines and Normans to defend against Saracen raids and enemies coming from the sea. Originally, the Wall was strategically connected to the Norman-Swabian Castle of Bari.
Use discretion, especially in summer when the area becomes very busy. Cache is to be found on the walls that can be seen from below at sea level, not on the walking path that you find on top of the walls.
