Thank you for your support by volunteering for a litter cleanup at Connetquot River State Park Preserve. Connetquot is the largest State Park on Long Island with a total of 3,473 acres. Designated as the first “State Park Preserve” in New York, Connetquot River encourages The long-term protection of our ecological, cultural and historic resources.
We will meet at the pedestrian entrance located at:

Meeting time at 11am to 1pm
This location is shoulder parking on grass, please use caution! Car pooling is highly encouraged.
Trash bags, pickers, disposable gloves, and tick repellent will be provided by park management. Thank you. There will be water and snacks. Please dress appropriately for the weather. It may be cold but ticks are still active. You are encouraged to wear long pants, long socks, boots or sneakers.
Anyone volunteering on State Park property must complete a volunteer service agreement. They will be available the day of the cleanup.
