How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

Maybe or May Be:

You use maybe to express uncertainty, for example when you do not know that something is definitely true, or when you are mentioning something that may possibly happen in the future in the way you describe. You may be confused about the difference between maybe and may be. Or maybe you’re not. Either way, one space can make the difference between a verb meaning “might be” and an adverb meaning “possibly” or “perhaps.”

That which you seek might be anywhere, or perhaps not!

I will tell you it is very close by, and possibly magnetic, or might be not, is this enough information? Just look for the beacon and see what you can find!

Please be respectful of this area!

I will ask you to refrain from night caching, I don't think the neighbors would like it.

Please re-hide this cache just as you found it!

,

I'm sure there will be some phone-a-friend calls. If someone calls you after you find this one, don't be too fast to give away the secret have some fun.

I have not provided a writing utensil ✏️, but you must sign the log to make a claim of found, so use a PENCIL, and make sure you have inscribed the log!

I will be checking the logbook for "proper" claims of found!

Proceed with Caution:

Please be gentle with this cache, and re-hide it just as you found it!
