BONUS: Pot kulturne dediščine Žirovnica Mystery Cache

Pot kulturne dediščine je pohodniška pešpot, ki poteka po vaseh v Občini Žirovnica, kjer stojijo rojstne hiše Matije Čopa, Frana Saleškega Finžgarja, Janeza Jalna, Franceta Prešerna ter čebelnjak Antona Janše. Pot je krožna, predlagamo, da jo začnete v Vrbi in v smeri urinega kazalca obiščete vse točke. Dolga je slabih 11 kilometrov, pohodnik pa jo prehodi v dveh oziroma v štirih urah, če si ogleda še notranjosti hiš omenjenih literatov. Vsako leto osmega februarja je organiziran tudi tradicionalen pohod v sklopu katerega so vstopi v rojstne hiše brezplačni. V letu 2013 so pot tudi celostno uredili, vključena pa je tudi v širši projekt Slovenska pisateljska pot.

The Cultural Heritage Trail is a hiking trail that runs through villages in the Municipality of Žirovnica, where the birthplaces of Matija Čop, Fran Saleški Finžgar, Janez Jalen, France Prešeren and the apiary of Anton Janša stand. The trail is circular, we suggest that you start it in Vrba and visit all the points in a clockwise direction. It is just under 11 kilometers long, and the hiker can complete it in two or four hours if he also sees the interiors of the houses of the aforementioned writers. Every year on February 8, a traditional hike is also organized, as part of which admission to the birthplaces is free. In 2013, the trail was also completely renovated, and it is also included in the broader project Slovenian Writers' Trail.
