I have wanted to place this container for many months, now you have the chance to find it and write in the log about it. This is a new way to keep your eye on those pesky urban caches, as I will have it in sight some of the time, when I am awake.
To know why this is called a Moving Target; There are 2 different locations that this cache could be at. The first is the Primary location, with the final location being somewhere in between, (kinda), well near by.(ask)
