Each month WAA (The Wellington Archery Assoation) holds a shoot called the WAA 600 where you try to get a score of 600 at your selected distance on your selected target face. If you manage to score 600 then you get a ribbion for your troubles and maybe even a perfect pin. My goal is to get as many of these ribbions and pins as possible this year.
The location for this event is at a carpark just outside the access for Ngamotu Domain nearby GCAZ7YR and nearby the Greenwood Archery Club
The time that this event is set at it the rough estimation of end of the shooting event. Unfortunately this may mean that I wont be able to meet everyone who turns up depending on how long the shooting goes on for.
I normally dont do special things for events but for this series Im doing something different. When you sign the logsheet you will be given the oppurtunity to put a number next to your name. This number will be your guess for score I achieved at the tournament (Max score is 900 over 90 arrows). The closest to the number will get a sweet treat (or a small prize if I have one).
There will be no FTFs for these events.
