w4dmd: I have moved out of the state and I am unable to service the cache anymore, it also seems due to the super high muggle activity the cache always gets stolen, it's almost impossible to keep one there so I feel it's time to let it go...

You are looking for a pill bottle sized Container located somewhere near the front of the building, there are times it could be very difficult to get to the cache due to high muggle activity so please be careful while hunting and replacing since you may be spotted by curious muggles.
