Whiskey Hill Brewing moved to this location in the last year after several years in a much smaller space within an industrial park. The new location serves not only their craft beers but also has a full bar and food menu.
The name "Whiskey Hill" is a nod to Westmont's not so glorious past. During Prohibition, Westmont was nicknamed "Whiskey Hill" and "Wet Mont" because of the illegal liquor trade in the area. People from nearby towns would visit the area to drink at all the establishments around town.
