According to my calculations the coordinates should get you to the Petone Speights Alehouse.

Come along and dine with a couple Cantabrian's.

I am sure that if you don't wish to dine you can have a 🍷 🍻 🥤 quick drink with us.

I don't know if pie 🥧 is on the menu but it is pi day.
