I had a lot of fun caching on and around the Cannon River today, so I thought I would place some more caches to add back. These islands have been on my radar for a while and I managed to make it happen. On my way there I hopped across rocks in a shallow part and on my way back I walked across ice, so both are possible. Not sure how doable it would be during high water season though. A watercraft would probably make your journey easier. Once you get to the island, it should be an easy find. I didn't notice until getting back that this little island is right in the "corner" of Dakota County. Pretty neat
