This wherigo cartridge will have you looking at art that will then make you look up. It's a lovely mural and you'll be asked the simple question in the cartridge: how many eyes can be seen - (human and animal combined). With your answer you'll unlock the final coordinates to a nearby park bearing a camouflaged pill bottle some 20' up a tree. There are no low branches to climb and you'll need to bring a reaching pole. There is car traffic but not much pedestrian muggle traffic nearby.
