Geocache Description:


This cache is placed to help direct geocachers around the mania cache circuit on the safest path.

If walking in an anti-clockwise direction (recommended)

- after finding the cradle of cricket cache
- continue straight across the crossroads and along old mill lane
- past viewpoint challenge
- to this cache
- then take the footpath across the field toward trailhead waypoint.
- join the mania circuit again

This is a much safer path than turning right at the pub as that road has no footpath and is dangerous to walk along. The path through Scotland Farm is now blocked with a locked gate at the end and can no longer be used as part of the Mania route.

While looking for the cache you can also enjoy the great view from GZ
