Westcott was a small center, established prior to 1900 but never growing to more than a handful of familes. Despite that, the Westcott Community Center is often a bustle of activity! The community has many young families and they gather here for tea, sports, culture and just general socialization.
This was the original location of the Westcott School #718 (1902-?). You can see the original school bell proudly perched on top of the Community Center. The teacherage still stood on the property until sometime end of 2019 or start of 2020. Apparently the building was moved to a farm of one of the locals.
The geocache is located outside of the fenceline. No access to the property is required.
