Welcome to Sissy Crag, some of the best bouldering Sydney has to offer. Discovered by Scott Campbell in 1991 it became a classic location in sydney. Grades here range from V0 - V13. It features 3 top 100 Sydney boulders, those being: Bill Smith V1, Mr Smiley V5 and Hands Off My Detonator V8. The hardest boulder here is The Core Traverse V13, which is a crazy long traverse linking many routes and spanning half the crag.
The cache:
To start, go to the posted coordinates where you will find a telegraph pole with a bright blue disc on it. Enter the 3 letters below the nail into the checker.
To access the cache itself you will either need to climb a "V29 highball boulder" (psst, this is not the right way!), TTC or Abseil. To hide this cache we chose the 3rd option as it was the easiest. Be careful when building the anchor as its quite literally on edge!
Cache has some interesting swag, some CD about cats and dogs revenge??? So weird.
Be careful about boulderers below, dont abseil if there are people under you. Always remember to always yell "ROPE!!" a few seconds before throwing a rope off a cliff.
It is not recommended to do this cache alone, bring a buddy.
Good luck and stay safe!
