As we drove past here, this road name grabbed my attention. I'm guessing it's someone's name, but it definitely reminded me of the chef on the muppet show.
Anyway, you will find the cache attached to an item associated with railway, but nowhere near the actual railway line.
It should be an easy grab from the side of the road.
