The cache's name references how the initial attempt at constructing the apartment complex here resulted in a blaze.. turning the half-built structure to ashes and taking the project back to square one to start over.
With the exception of an occasional tractor trailer arriving or departing at the nearby supermarket's loading docks, this is a relatively peaceful spot. There are even a couple parking spots nearby for your convenience & a paved walkway to take your pooch for a stroll.
While seeking the hiding spot, please keep in mind that the apartment building which looms overhead has balconies - so please make certain you've factored in muggles that might be watching you from above!
