Welcome to the Highland Park-Oak Park Neighborhood!
The area features many historic buildings and interesting shops in this northside neighborhood of Des Moines. It is named for the relative "height" of the area, as it is on a plateau north of the Des Moines down town. As the area has been revived and renovated in recent years, many different murals have been painted on some of the more notable buildings. The AL will take you on a tour of some of these local artworks. After completing the Adventure Lab, you will be granted the coordinates for this bonus cache. Please bring your own writing utensil.
