What is more peaceful than a quiet stroll in a park listening to the sounds of nature? What was that sound? Hear the birds sing, listen to the river flowing…there it is again, what is that sound? It is of historic proportions!
The most direct route from the Visitors Parking is to proceed to the crosswalk at the southeast corner and over Jerusalem Mill Road. There are pedestrian operated blinky lights for your safety. Walk through the opening in the white wood fence and across the grass towards the footbridge. The large stone structure is the Bank Barn. Take the path between the Bank Barn and the Jousting Pitch.
The source of the sound can be discovered on at the far end of the trail at Jericho Road.
Please use stealth if a jousting tournament is underway.
