This is a short two-stage multicache.
At the first stage, you will find a hidden container with the information on the object of your search; a basic knowledge of superheroes will be helpful.
July 2025 update: stage 1 looks like someone took a wood chipper to it; I hope that wasn't from over-enthusiastic geocachers! I will find a new way to hide the re-direct; in the meantime, stand at the posted coordinates and look around for Oliver Queen's alter ego, and head to the logical spot once you figure it out.
