There is no rain date for this event. Please dress accordingly. If you feel like starting at early or staying late please do - but the event itself will begin at 9 and end at 10.
The purpose of this event is to help clean up the trails and parking lot area around the posted coordinates, specifically in D'Aubigny Creek Park after the spring floods.
I will be located at the posted coordinates, and will have a logbook for individuals to sign into if you wish.
The terrain ranged from flat, gravel parking lot to steep drop offs that approach the Grand River, to T5 creek walks depending on how flooded certain areas are. I am averaging the terrain rating at a 3, however could be rated higher or lower depending on the area you choose to clean.
I will have garbage bags and gloves available, although you may wish to bring your own. You may also want to bring your own trash grabber, beverages, refreshments and bug spray as these items will not be supplied. Warm clothing will be important depending on the weather.
Trash will be collected and placed in the bins near GZ.
