The cache is 6" x 6" x 3" (approx) rubbermaid container spray painted olive drab. I printed "Geocache" in yellow on the lid.

The cache was placed well above the current water level, but it is definitely susceptible to high water. Get it while you can!
Also, this cache virtually disappeared when I placed it. It's not necessarily hidden well, just well camouflaged (the spray paint did the trick). That's the reason for the 3 rating.
